Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
✔ Yes – We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Do you accept exchanges?
✔ Yes – Exchanges are accepted on eligible products.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • New and unused – in its original packaging

Return Timeframe

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

We may extend this return window during special periods like holidays. Any such updates will be announced on our website.

How to Return an Item

Currently, we only accept returns by mail.
Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive return instructions.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method

Currency

All refunds are processed in GBP (£).
If you paid in another currency, the refund will reflect the current exchange rate at the time of refund.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.
